~Home delivery~ We don't offer delivery directly ourselves but we recommend www.Shiply.com who can provide you with competitive quotes to collect and deliver your new vehicle to you. Alternately, we can collect you from Colchester or Mark's Tey Train Station for free anytime.
For customers that have their vehicle delivered, they can return the vehicle to the dealership within 14 days from delivery, if usage is under 70 miles*, and receive a full refund provided that it is returned in the same condition that it left the dealership with all keys, manuals etc. The customer will be responsible for arranging return to the dealership and for any costs of doing so. If the V5 has not yet been received by the customer and cannot be returned with the car, a sum of £250 shall be retained from the refund until the original V5 is provided back to Trustic Motors. Any part exchanged vehicles will be paid at the agreed valuation unless a return of the part exchanged vehicle is agreed. Any return of the part exchanged vehicle would be without any liability.
*If the mileage has exceeded 70miles a flat rate of £0.45 per mile will be charged from the mileage recorded at the point of sale
